Shipping cost and delivery times
- All orders are shipped from Dubai, UAE.
- We offer free UAE shipping on all orders.
- We offer free worldwide international shipping on all orders over $100 and charge a flat fee of $10 for international orders under $100.
- Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days.
- Orders within UAE will be delivered within 1-2 working days from date of dispatch.
- International orders will be delivered within 6-12 working days from date of dispatch.
- Monogramming takes 7-10 days to complete. Dispatch will occur only after monogramming is completed.
- Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with your tracking number.
- International customers are responsible for paying all customs duties levied by their home country.
Refused packages & lost / unclaimed orders:
- Kindly ensure that the delivery address on the order is correct as we cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address.
- We always aim to make sure that our customers love our products, but if you need to return an order, we are happy to help. We have a 30 day money-back guarantee.

- Please ensure that goods are returned in an unused condition, in the original packaging, with dust bags included.
- All shipping costs related to the return will need to be covered by you.

- Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
