Shipping cost and delivery times

  • All orders are shipped from Dubai, UAE.
  • We offer free UAE shipping on all orders.
  • We offer free worldwide international shipping on all orders over $100 and charge a flat fee of $10 for international orders under $100.
  • Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days.
  • Orders within UAE will be delivered within 1-2 working days from date of dispatch.
  • International orders will be delivered within 6-12 working days from date of dispatch.
  • Monogramming takes 7-10 days to complete. Dispatch will occur only after monogramming is completed.
  • Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with your tracking number.
  • International customers are responsible for paying all customs duties levied by their home country.

Refused packages & lost / unclaimed orders:

  • Kindly ensure that the delivery address on the order is correct as we cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address.

Returns:

  • We always aim to make sure that our customers love our products, but if you need to return an order, we are happy to help. We have a 30 day money-back guarantee.
  • Please contact us to initiate the return.
  • Please ensure that goods are returned in an unused condition, in the original packaging, with dust bags included.
  • All shipping costs related to the return will need to be covered by you. 
  • Please ensure that goods are shipped with a tracking number to enable us to track the package. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
  • Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Refunds will be done through the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Cancellation policy:

Warranty:

  • We will replace any items with a manufacturing defect within 90 days of purchase.
  • Please contact us to initiate return. We will issue a replacement order or store credit.
